Mission

Lake Agassiz Regional Council (LARC) was organized as a public non-profit corporation in 1974 to address the resource conservation and community development needs of the southeastern North Dakota counties of Cass, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Steele and Traill. The Council provides a broad array of services and programs to communities throughout its service area, including economic development planning, business lending, and resource conservation and community development.
