Mission

The Lake Agassiz Regional Development Corporation (LARDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit development organization located in the heart of the Red River Valley of North Dakota. Some of the programs operated are statewide, however, the primary service area consists of the counties of Cass, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Steele and Traill. The LARDC mission is to identify and provide financing opportunities and technical assistance to emerging and existing businesses, provide community and economic development planning and implementation for the long-term sustainability and growth of the region, and to coordinate federal, state and private program administration. The corporation also owns and operates the Regional Small Business Center, a small business incubator program located in Fargo, North Dakota.
