Business Incubator

The Regional Small Business Center offers a community environment for entrepreneurs to combine their experience and ingenuity. The Center offers quick access to needed services such as telephone answering, word processing and desktop publishing, mailing and shipping, copying, facsimile, conference rooms, and more. Business and financial planning assistance is also available.

The Center can house approximately twenty-three businesses, and has maintained an average occupancy rate of over 80% since the inception of the program.

Seminars are also held at the Center to assist clients in a variety of areas. Topics range from legal structure to business planning and development, as well as personal and professional growth.

Consideration is also given to existing businesses that are expanding their operations into the Fargo area.
